How Our Network Works

Who Answers Your Call
When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business, not part of Ownshand Walk-In Tubs. They will talk with you about your bathroom and your worries.
Call hours vary by provider, so availability can differ. If you cannot reach someone right away, try again or send a request.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect simple questions. A provider may want to know:
- Which service you are thinking about
- Who will use the bath, and any mobility needs
- How old the house is, and whether past repairs were made
- What the bathroom looks like now
- When your household is busiest
There are no wrong answers. Photos can help, too.
Questions Worth Asking
Ask before you commit. Good questions include:
- What could be hiding behind the walls or under the floor in an older house?
- How will you protect the rest of my home during the work?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Can you help document the work if I need to speak with my insurer?
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You Stay in Charge
You choose whether to move forward. You can ask for changes, take time to think, or compare another quote. A good provider will not rush you.
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, home and product. A written quote is the only way to know your real price.
