How to Share a Complaint or Concern

Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Ownshand Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or wrote to Ownshand Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The way a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Know that Ownshand Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@ownshand.world and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you were in touch with us or the provider
- The number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what you hope we will do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
